How Our Complimentary Valet Parking Works

1. Reserved valet spaces are prepared before your event.: We reserve curbside parking directly in front of The Harris Building using city-issued temporary "No Parking" signs and cones, creating a dedicated valet loading zone.
2. Pull up to the entrance: Guests simply drive to the designated loading zone, where our valet team will be waiting to greet them.
3. A quick check-in: Our staff will collect the guest's name, phone number, and vehicle information before taking the keys.
4. Receive a text confirmation: Guests will receive a text message with a secure link they can use to request their vehicle whenever they're ready to leave.
5. Enjoy the event: While guests are celebrating, our valet team parks their vehicle in a nearby lot.
6. Request your vehicle: When it's time to head home, guests simply use the link in their text message. Our valet team will retrieve the vehicle and have it waiting in front of the venue.
